STEP 1:
Install bracing across the pool. This secures any sideways movement in the pool walls, while the water is being pumped out.
STEP 2:
Empty the pool and inspect the hydrostatic valve. The hydrostatic valve releases any underlying water pressure, which prevents the pool from moving.
STEP 3:
Sand back the existing surface to rough up the pool for bonding of new fiberglass layer.
STEP 4:
Any osmosis that is found during the sanding process is cut out and filled with a epoxy filler.

STEP 5:
Now that the pool surface is prepared a vinyl ester resin is applied with a 450g-chop strand matting to create a fiberglass lamination.

STEP 6:
Once the fiberglass lamination has cured, it is sand back. Any damaged areas in the lamination are repaired.
STEP 7:
Now that the fiberglass lamination is prepared, the Filla-Coat (under coat) is applied.
STEP 8:
Once Filla-coat has cured, the final Top-coat is applied.

STEP 9:
After completion of the Top-coat the surface must cure for 5-7 days before filling of the pool.
